- Work directly with the CFO, Leadership, and Controller

This is a broad, hands-on accounting role where you'll gain experience across multiple disciplines, including:
- Lead key aspects of the month-end close process
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Manage Construction-in-Progress (CIP) and Fixed Asset accounting
- Account for leases, right-of-use assets, and intangible assets
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with financial statement footnotes and technical accounting
- Support external audits and annual tax reporting
- Partner with leadership on process improvements and special projects
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and reporting
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Public Accounting (Au
di
t or Tax) or progressive industry accounting experience - Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Comfortable learning new technologies, including AI tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
