This is a broad, hands-on accounting role where you'll gain experience across multiple disciplines, including:

• Lead key aspects of the month-end close process
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Manage Construction-in-Progress (CIP) and Fixed Asset accounting
• Account for leases, right-of-use assets, and intangible assets
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with financial statement footnotes and technical accounting
• Support external audits and annual tax reporting
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and special projects
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and reporting

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Public Accounting (Au
  di
  t or Tax) or progressive industry accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Comfortable learning new technologies, including AI tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
