Responsibilities:
- Student will drive to Post Office every morning to receive USPS mail destined for Regent University
- Student will sort all mail/packages, with accuracy, to various schools and departments
- Student will deliver/receive mail/packages throughout Regent University, Regent Commons and Village, Christian Broadcasting Network, and Founder's Inn
- Student must learn to operate Send Suite Live mailing program
- Student must learn to operate Connect+ mail machine
- Student must learn to operate the Hasler Folder & Inserter machine
- Student will be required to prepare USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL documentation for outgoing mailings
- Student will deliver all outgoing USPS mail to the Post Office
- Able to organize and prioritize their work to meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Dependable, hard-working, and able to take direction
- Learn quickly and enjoy having a wide variety of tasks
- Be physically able to walk up four flights of stairs
- Be physically able to carry 50+ lbs. a distance of 50 ft.
- Current Regent University student in good standing
