The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of administrative tasks.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist with A/P, A/R and Logistics data and file management
- Coordinate new-hire paperwork, onboarding employees
- Coordinate weekly payroll/timekeeping data
- HR liaison with the corporate HR Department
- Help with filing, organizing paperwork, and keeping common areas tidy
- Assist with basic data entry, copying, scanning, and preparing documents
- Help restock office supplies and assist with light errands
- Provide general support to office staff as directed
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Comfortable using a computer and basic software (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Able to follow directions and complete tasks independently
- Office-based environment with a combination of desk work and light movement around the office.
- Tasks include filing, organizing paperwork, scanning, and general office support.
- Work may involve interacting with employees and assisting with office errands.
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, and reach while filing, pulling, or scanning documents.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 15 lbs. or more.
- Periods of sitting at a desk to perform data entry, copying, scanning, and document preparation.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling office materials.
