Our client, a long-standing and well-established business, is seeking a proactive Quality Administrator to join their team in Uxbridge. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous quality or compliance administration experience who is looking to develop within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role offers a varied workload with exposure to quality processes, audits, and internal coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys detail-focused work and continuous improvement.

• Investigating and resolving client complaints and non‑conformances
• Supporting and conducting internal quality audits
• Assisting with preparation for external and annual audits
• Liaising with internal teams regarding supplier and process issues
• Updating and maintaining quality procedures and documentation
• Completing general administration tasks including document management
• Reviewing contracts and supporting compliance processes
• Checking orders and assisting with credit note processes
• Coordinating client feedback, reviews, and questionnaires

• Previous experience within a quality, compliance or administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to manage tasks effectively and prioritise workload
• Experience working with quality systems or standards is advantageous
