Role Overview
The Admission and Enrollment Specialist II position supports the Office of the Registrar at the National Foreign Affairs Training Center (NFATC). The role involves establishing and enforcing enrollment and admissions policies, processing enrollments, and maintaining a computer-based enrollment and training registration system.
What You Will DoThe successful candidate will manage electronic, virtual, telephone, and in-person communication with students, training officers, and human resource officers. They will also analyze customer inquiries, direct customers to appropriate resources, and resolve discrepancies independently.

- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Proficient use of office equipment, laptop, MS Office, and Google products
