Automotive Service Advisor

PRO AUTO REPAIR is looking for an organized, motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. You'll work directly with customers, technicians, and management to keep repairs moving efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, writing and presenting estimates, coordinating repairs, ordering parts, answering phones, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

We're looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys solving problems, stays organized under pressure, and takes ownership of their work. You should be comfortable multitasking, following proven processes, learning new skills, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with strong customer service, sales, or management experience.
