Job Description
AAMCO of Charlottesville is seeking a highly skilled, motivated A-Level Automotive Technician to join our team. You will serve as our lead diagnostic expert and a mentor to junior technicians. This role requires top-tier troubleshooting abilities and strong leadership qualities to maintain high shop efficiency and repair quality.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose complex automotive issues across all vehicle makes and models.
- Perform advanced electrical, engine, and drivetrain diagnostics and repairs.
- Lead and mentor GS and B-Level technicians in the shop.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and highly efficient work environment.
- Ensure all repairs meet AAMCO’s strict quality and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs.
