About the Role:We are seeking experienced, full-time Automotive Technicians to join the Haley Volvo Midlothian team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. You will work closely with other team members to provide high-quality service to our customers. Your expertise and attention to detail will be critical in ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles.
Minimum Qualifications:- At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Abilitytodiagnose andrepairawiderangeof vehicle issues
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High Schooldiplomaorequivalent
- Valid and clean driver’s license
- Associate's degree in Automotive Technology
- Master Mechanic **
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
- Certification with Volvo, Toyota, GM, Ford, or CDJR
- State Inspection License
- Experience with computerdiagnosticsystems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Performing diagnostic tests on vehicles to identity problems
- Repairingor replacing parts as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Communicating with customers about their vehicle’s needs and providing recommendations
- Maintaininga clean andsafe work environment
