Working alongside Service Advisors, Parts Expeditors, and fellow Technicians, you’ll play a vital role in driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction while upholding our commitment to excellence and our reputation for first-time-right repairs.

• ASE Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• 3+ yrs (Level
  2) up to 10+ yrs (Master Advanced) of hands-on experience in automotive repair and diagnostics.
• Proficiency with digital vehicle inspections (DVI), diagnostic scan tools, and modern shop equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and driveability systems.
• Ability to perform advanced mechanical repairs, including engines, transmissions, and complex drivability issues.
• Proficiency with OEM service and repair data (Pro Demand/Identifix).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with Service Advisors and fellow Technicians.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
