Vehicle Technician
Location: Norfolk Area
Salary: Up to £60,000 OTE + Welcome Bonus Available

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards, ensuring the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and safely
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out accurate repairs
  • Conducting vehicle health checks and inspections
  • Liaising with workshop control and service advisors to maintain workflow
  • Delivering excellent workmanship and attention to detail
  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues where appropriate
  • Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and safety standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent workshop
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Good understanding of vehicle safety and repair standards
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • MOT Tester qualification desirable but not essential
