As a Proposal & Marketing Specialist for VGI you will manage proposals, presentations, and marketing pursuits, supporting the Business Development Director and influencing the sales pipeline.

• Manage and execute Verite proposal responses from opportunity identification to delivery, including writing, editing, and production.
• Manage proposal schedules, develop supporting artifacts such as proposal outline, compliance matrix, and storyboards.
• Integrate capture artifacts, customer values, win themes, value propositions, and discriminators into proposals.
• Lead all aspects of proposal volume development including Technical, Management, Past Performance, Security, Basis of Estimate, Contracts, Executive Summary, Integrated Master Schedule, and Plans.
• Participate in strategy meetings, technical solution sessions, and storyboarding efforts.
