We are currently hiring a Project Support in our Program Management Services Division, based out of our client's office in Maine.
The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.
The Quality Management group works with all areas of client networks to identify and document business processes. The Project Support Specialist will work under the direction of the Quality Manager or Project Manager. Ideal candidates will have strong analytic and critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, think holistically and strategically, and envision and document processes. The applicant should possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently to achieve results.
Occasional travel may be required.
Salary Range: $40,000- $65,000
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
Responsibilities- Facilitate discussions with business area representatives to create process flow diagrams and process documents.
- Analyze business area job/task information for incorporation into process documents.
- Parse information and present it in a meaningful format.
- Superior skills within Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams)
- Experience reviewing and developing processes
- Superior organizational skills and accuracy
- Ability to communicate accurately and clearly
- Must have customer service oriented “can do” approach to work
- Knowledge of the electric utility business
- Experience with Microsoft Visio
