The Operations Analyst role – The successful applicant will help our client researching and analyzing operational activities to help increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve customer service and optimize overall operations by identifying more efficient ways to manage resources.

• Gathers broad range of quantitative and qualitative data using suitable collection methods. Analyzes data and converts findings to actionable recommendations for solutions. Produces high volume of high-quality documents.
• Optimizes workflows, manages resources, and reducing costs.
• Ensures products/services meet standards and satisfy customers.
• Coordinates teams, delegates tasks, and provides direction.
• Develops long‑term plans, analyzes data, and mitigates risks.
• Conducts data analysis and reporting, participates in process improvement and performance monitoring to support budget and cost control activities within assigned business unit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Public Administration or related field.

• Applicant must have prior experience, or (1) year in similar capacity.
• Experience with:
  Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word
• Data Analysis Tools:
  Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and Python Preferred.
• Project Workflow Management:
  Jira, Asana,
• Process Mapping Tools: ERP/CRM Odoo Preferred.
• Communication Tool:
  Slack or Teams

About this position – Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty‑seven and one‑half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one‑half hour unpaid lunch break.

Overtime:
Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
