Program Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Program Analyst will be responsible for software acquisition, data entry, and information management of the asset tool Flexera/Flex Net. The Program Assistant will also make recommendations regarding software acquisition, reports, of historical and future purchases. They will also assist the team in maintaining compliance of systems and records.

• Create orders in Flex Era/Flexnet and update the software license.
• Update Remedy/Service Now tickets as needed.
• Download software from NIPR to SIPR as needed.
• Manage Tanium/SCCM/Splunk/AD Reports to verify licenses usage.
• Communicate any recommendations for software usage to Project Manager
• Create and update Spreadsheets, and PO’s as needed.

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Government purchasing is preferred but not required.
• Government purchasing experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have strong negotiating skills.
• Must have the ability to perform analytical work in an office setting.
• Must have experience in written and oral communication.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a professional manner.
• Must have the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Must have at least a Secret clearance
• Must have a Security + CE certification.
• Knowledge in safeguarding classified information.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
