GIS Analyst

Haalufa USA, Inc., is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented professional to fill a GIS Analyst Position for one of the largest rail service organizations in the DMV Area – District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. • Create, maintain, display and update GIS databases.
• Produce maps and other representations of data for public use.
• Ensure data accuracy with field work to resolve conflicts.

• Entry Level;
  Experience in data analysis, ESRI ArcGIS, Microsoft.

• Applicant must have prior experience, or at least 1 year in similar capacity.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word.
• Communication Tool:
  Slack or Teams.

Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one-half hour unpaid lunch break.

Overtime:
Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
