Location:

- Planning and scheduling cost proposals
- Coordination of cost, schedule, and technical data for the development of the proposal in line with the specifications of the Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Collection and accumulation of cost data in coordination with the proposal team as well as functional departments
- Researching and analyzing historical data from similar past performance programs
- Assist in the developing of cost models and strategies associated with the bid/proposal
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Experience working independently and within a proposal team environment in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience supporting cost volume teams
- Experience with pricing tools used in cost development
- Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS and other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to bid/cost proposals
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Background in proposal management and development, cost development, BOE development, and reading/writing/responding to RFIs and RFPs is essential
- Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) process and the full business development lifecycle for U.S. federal contractors

- Salary range: 95,500 USD – 181,700 USD
