Prende forma una nuova occasione nel commercio all’ingrosso: cerchiamo Addetto/a servizio clienti GDO per presidiare info point e front-office del punto vendita. Nel nostro team seguirai richieste, resi e cambi, garantendo informazioni chiare su promozioni e disponibilità. Userai il gestionale per aprire ticket, verificare ordini e aggiornare anagrafiche, collaborando con casse e reparti.
Requisiti- diploma di scuola superiore e dimestichezza con PC e posta elettronica
- ottime capacità comunicative e ascolto attivo
- esperienza di 1-2 anni in assistenza clienti o vendita al dettaglio
- disponibilità su turni, inclusi week-end a rotazione
- tempo pieno full-time con inserimento previsto a breve
- contratto a tempo determinato 6 mesi con prospettiva
- Retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.450-1.650 €
- Buoni pasto
- Formazione continua
