Position Type:
Onsite, U.S. Citizen, or eligible U.S. Person. Active/transferable TS/SCI clearance without polygraph required on day one.

• Work closely with Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Business/Estimating, and Supply Chain to manage successful contract execution.
• Provide guidance on contractual and business issues, advising on rights, obligations, and risk mitigation.
• Act as key contributor during pre‑proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and startup phases.
• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and BAAs; construct, submit, and negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and support program management and execution reviews.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced, multitask environment, developing effective partnerships with customers and internal teams.

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically with contracts and/or subcontracts.
• Experience with US Government contracts under FAR/DFARS.
• Strong knowledge of FFP, FPIF, and CPFF contract types.
• Demonstrated ability to develop customer and partner relationships.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
• Analytical, interpersonal, and time‑management skills with a record of responsiveness.

• Competitive salary range: $118,300 – $224,900 USD.
