Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists with the goal of providing superior customer service to clients.
• Offer direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service, and client care.
• Responsible for managing basic financial performance of the operations, including revenue growth and expense control.
• Conduct daily travel throughout the territory, visiting clients, assisting specialists, and partnering closely with the sales team on business development.
• Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekend work when needed.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
• 3–5 years of management experience with emphasis in customer service.
• Success in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a route‑oriented, service environment is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.

Yearly pay range: $57,000.00–$92,000.00. Pay may vary based on location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment where applicable.
