• This position is in support of Alumnae Reunion and is for the timeframe of May 24 - May 31, 2026, only.
• Perform final checks and set up dorms and hospitality rooms
• General duties include helping with event registration, set-ups, and clean-up.
• Work on Special Projects with Alumnae’s children and execute children’s programs.
• Follow the proper procedure for checkout.
• Work on Event project work such as Alumnae College, Special Tours, Brunch, Celebration Dinner and Dance, and other events, by assignment.
• Collaborate and participate with other Reunion staff.
• Provide general assistance to all Alumnae Relations & Development Staff.
• Assist with Reunion transportation via golf cart.
• Other duties are assigned as needed.

• Must exhibit a positive attitude and represent Sweet Briar College positively.
• Must be courteous of staff and guests (alumnae and their families) in all circumstances.
• Business casual dress.
• Organized, dedicated, articulate, enthusiastic, and independent.
• Must work well independently but also as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and strong written and verbal communication skills.
