Change Manager, Business

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organizational and project‑related change initiatives that support successful business transformation and adoption. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Change Management
, with a proven track record of developing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training programs for complex projects.

Experience with
project controls, scheduling, planning, or PMO functions is highly desirable, as this role will work closely with project teams to ensure change activities are aligned with project milestones, timelines, and business objectives.

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support business and technology initiatives.
• Assess organizational impacts and identify risks associated with proposed changes.
• Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement activities to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
• Create and execute communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all levels of the organization.
• Design and coordinate training, readiness, and end‑user support programs.
• Measure adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes to evaluate overall change effectiveness.
• Partner with project managers, business leaders, and cross‑functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Support organizational readiness assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with leadership and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain change management documentation, reporting, and metrics.
• Monitor project schedules and milestones to ensure change activities align with implementation timelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional Change Management experience supporting enterprise‑wide initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of structured change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience developing communication strategies, training materials, and executive presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience in project controls, project planning, scheduling, PMO, or program management environments

• Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
  .
• Experience supporting capital projects, construction programs, engineering initiatives, or large‑scale operational transformations.
• Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent certification.
• PMP, PMI-PBA, or related project management certification is a plus.
• Experience working within highly regulated industries such as utilities, energy, construction, government, or healthcare
