While formal on-the-job experience with Al is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated Al into their personal projects, explored Al-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot), or built automations using Al agents. ** Product Management for Ventures Lending**, you will lead the strategy and implementation for product setup, partnerships, and customer support. You will be responsible for navigating complex problem solving across multiple lines of business to drive technical partnership and support strategies.
** Responsibilities:**
* ** Destination Research & Strategy:
** Drive long-term technical improvements, create PRDs for destination builds, test and learn into using Alternative Data (ADS) (e.g., Finicity, SBFE) to underwrite customers, and refine the roadmap for long-term scaling.
* ** Product Setup & Implementation:
** Work with operations and tech teams to implement intent across various enterprise platforms, ensuring the core product meets our requirements.
* ** Partnership Strategy:
** Lead the product POV for network and community/CDFI partnerships, including referral logic, data sharing agreements, and prioritizing improvements based on partner feedback.
* ** Support & Servicing:
** Develop and scale strategy for financial health, resources and support tools, servicing, and loss mitigation, ensuring alignment between COF and partner support models.
* ** Operational Excellence:
** Define and monitor product KPIs, manage E2E testing strategies, and ensure the product remains well-managed regarding risk.
