ERP Federal Functional Accountant Strategy, Growth, and Transformation Senior Consultant

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

As a Project - Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the project, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives through research, analysis, and structured problem solving
• Developing client-ready deliverables, including presentations, workplans, status updates, and analysis summaries
• Coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation for work streams and deliverables
• Gathering, organizing, and analyzing business, operational, and program data to support recommendations and decisions
• Collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support implementation activities and project objectives

• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• Must be willing to work on site in Rosslyn, VA 100% of the time
• 4+ years of experience applying DoD accounting practices/policies and reporting expectations
• 3+ years of experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and developing functional specifications
• 3+ years of experience conducting system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), or end-user training
• 3+ years of experience ERP functional issues and supporting end-users

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications;

and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,700 to $179,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
