Business Operations Specialist - $27​/hr - Arlington, VA.

Our client, a global technology company, is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, VA.

• Research, track, and analyze customer, prospect, and subscription data to support pricing decisions and sales operations initiatives
• Maintain customer and subscription accounts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance across systems
• Support proposal and contract pricing processes by gathering and evaluating relevant business data
• Analyze sales credit information and assist with the allocation and tracking of sales performance metrics
• Investigate and resolve order processing issues while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and improve operational workflows
• Generate reports and provide analysis to support business decision-making and operational efficiency
• Support various sales operations, research, and account maintenance activities in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in sales operations, business analysis, research, customer data management, or a related function
• Salesforce experience is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and work with large data sets
• Experience researching and maintaining customer or account information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
• Candidates with sales operations, analytics, or research backgrounds are strongly preferred
