ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manages contracting needs for various shared service departments in the organization.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for a diverse set of contracts.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Finance and Legal, to facilitate contract approvals and signatures.
- Briefs management on budgetary matters.
- Leads daily and monthly administrative tasks such as Purchase Order (PO) and vendor invoice management.
- Calculates month‑end accruals and prepares journal entries.
- Assists in analysis of month‑end performance versus budget.
- Provides data management and analytical support between Shared Service and Finance departments.
This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Three (3) years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis and/or financial analysis.
- CPA preferred.
- Advanced Excel and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience; namely Net Suite.
- Ability to manage confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion.
- Inquisitive, analytical and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to clear the required background check.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITSSalaries will differ based on factors including geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Salary range: $51,044 - $70,000. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that may include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
