Job Duties

To provide fiscal and clerical support to the Accountant, Market Manager, and Warehouse Supervisor by performing extensive data entry of produce orders. To serve as back-up for Accounts Payable and processing of eVA orders in an efficient, productive, and professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work with numerical data and to make mathematical calculations rapidly and accurately. Working knowledge of sound bookkeeping/accounting principles and practices. Demonstrated ability to prepare routine financial reports and statements. Considerable knowledge of office practices, procedures, and office equipment. Demonstrated skill in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel to accomplish office support requirements.

Demonstrated skill in inputting data into an automated database other than Microsoft Office. Ability to provide information and communicate effectively with employees and staff. Ability to interpret and follow prescribed operating instructions and related policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Additional Considerations

Advance Knowledge in accounting/bookkeeping or equivalent training. Working knowledge of State Financial Programs including CARDINAL.

Background Investigation Requirements:

Drug Testing Requirements:
