International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Grants Compliance Manager to strengthen grant compliance capacity across the organization. The role leads grant administration, supports policy and assurance initiatives, and partners with Global Finance, Legal, and program teams to ensure donor compliance and risk management.
Position is hybrid (onsite on Tuesdays & Thursdays for DC-area candidates) or remote for non-local candidates, reporting to the Director, Grants Portfolio.
