About Kingfisher House Buyers

Kingfisher House Buyers buys, renovates, and resells homes across Central Virginia. We’ve built the business by doing direct-to-seller deals differently: treating people like people, not transactions. That approach is why sellers come back to us and refer our friends.

We run on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), which means every person on this team has clear metrics they’re responsible for. Everyone knows what winning looks like in their role, and we work with clear priorities and a team that holds each other to them.

We’re growing fast, and every dollar we spend and every hire we make gets measured. Good decisions come from good data, not gut feel or whatever’s trending that week.
