Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst - Level 2

Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst – Level 2 or 3. The role can be filled at either level.

Responsible for detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis across multiple programs and contracts.

• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.
• Make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content, and present to various levels of leadership.
• Interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and Program/Project Managers.
• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives and ensure schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
• Implement scheduling best practices prescribed by industry, including:
  • DCMA 14‑point
  • IPMR DI‑MGMT‑81861
  • Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Critical Path Analysis
  • Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
  • Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis
• Provide weekly status and reporting.
• Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (I ) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Level 2:
  Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling OR Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience.
• Level 3:
  Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Consideration of an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project 2016, Open Plan, PS3, Primavera P6, Milestone Professional, Deltek, SSI Tools).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Top‑Secret clearance.

• Proficiency in MS Project 2016.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Schedule Management.
• Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA).
• Active US Government Top‑Secret clearance.

Primary Level Salary Range: $72,100 – $125,200.

Secondary Level Salary Range: $89,400 – $155,400.
