Data Center Construction Project Manager
Position: Full time
Location: Virginia - Travelling
The Construction Project Manager acts as the Owner’s on site representative, directing the execution and delivery of large-scale Data Center projects. This role ensures field productivity, schedule adherence, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met while managing general contractor performance, resolving on site issues, and providing data-driven progress updates. The position primarily focuses on mass grading, core & shell construction, and high-volume fit-out of mission-critical AI campus infrastructure.

- Schedule & Productivity Management
- Quality Assurance
- Reporting & Communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or applicable discipline and experience relative to project size/scope
- 5+ years of related experience
- Data Center experience on large scale construction projects
