You will oversee site operations from pre-construction through close-out, working closely with owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure world-class project delivery in environments where uptime and reliability are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on-site construction activities for mission-critical projects, including data centers and other critical facilities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, quality controls, and safety performance
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and site-specific requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and commissioning teams to support seamless project delivery
  • Review construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress and risk updates
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and close-out processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7–10 years of construction management experience, with significant exposure to mission-critical or complex technical projects
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects in live or high-reliability environments (data centers highly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, and cost controls
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of US construction codes, standards, and OSHA safety requirements
  • Ability to travel or relocate to project sites as required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience delivering data center projects for hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise clients
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, P6, MS Project)
