Job Summary

We are in search of a results-driven Project Manager with experience in overseeing commercial, industrial, advanced technology or infrastructure projects from concept to completion. Proven expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards is critical to this role. Candidates should be adept at fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and mitigating risks to achieve project objectives.

Leadership And Supervision
  • Leader of on‑site construction activities for a project from inception to completion in fast paced/high pressure environments.
  • Oversee and manage multiple subcontractors, labor, and construction staff to ensure safe and productive work.
  • Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for the construction team, ensuring open communication and resolving conflicts or issues as they arise.
  • Leads and builds a cohesive team.
  • Understands the importance of firm decisions and makes them within reasonable timescales so that their team is successful.
  • Has mastered the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing at multiple levels of the construction hierarchy.

Project Management
  • Has successfully and independently managed small projects or portions of larger, complex projects.
  • It has a merchant mentality and understands how to improve margins on projects while still working within the company’s core values.
  • Understands the importance of project planning and utilizes it as a guideline for all phases of their projects.
  • Has the ability to adjust their plans when faced with new constraints while still meeting the established project goals.
  • They have experience with equipment purchases and can effectively write scopes and purchase complete subcontract packages.
  • Has mastered the skills required to assemble and negotiate complex change orders.
  • Has the ability to manage the design and site level coordination process in a win‑win outcome for trade partners alike.
  • They can consistently and accurately forecast the financial condition of their projects to include estimated final cost at completion, monthly revenue and cash flow models.
  • Has the skill set necessary to lead the estimate and pursuit of a smaller project with guidance.
Safety And Compliance
  • Enforce compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, conduct regular safety meetings and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety and quality standards.
Quality Control
  • Capable of setting high standards for quality and actively inspecting all construction activities to ensure compliance with the project’s design and specifications.
  • Ensure that all systems (electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, etc.) are installed and integrated correctly to meet the operational requirements of a project.
  • Address any issues or deviations from the plans, coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement solutions.
Scheduling And Coordination
  • Develop framework for and then oversee the updates to detailed construction schedules, ensuring coordination between trades and minimal disruption to other site activities.
  • Coordinate site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment staging, and manpower allocation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
Documentation And Reporting
  • Establishes and maintains routines for their team to record daily site progress, issues, manpower, safety quality or other key production metrics.
