About the role

As a Commercial Superintendent, you will oversee and execute commercial roofing projects while ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction from start to finish. This role is designed for a hands‑on leader who can manage both field operations and project coordination responsibilities. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring that timelines, materials, and labor are aligned for successful project delivery.

• Manage all aspects of the construction process from start to finish
• Communicate with customers, order materials, and manage post‑project punch list items
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Convey and manage schedules, materials, safety requirements, manpower, and quality expectations
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials, and labor hours
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
• Drive customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering exceptional results

• Experience as a Superintendent, Site Supervisor, or similar role in the commercial roofing industry
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial membrane and metal roofing systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
  Strong problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Must be able to travel as required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under company auto policy

The pay range for this role is:

$70,000-$90,000 annual salary
