Solar Superintendent

A leading renewable energy company is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to support the delivery of solar and renewable energy projects. This role will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong field leadership experience who is passionate about renewable energy and utility-scale solar development.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and building codes

• Track project progress and work closely with project managers to resolve issues, delays, and field challenges

• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and project documentation

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

• Supervise and mentor field crews, providing leadership and technical guidance

• Monitor project budgets, labor hours, and material costs

• Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and site safety protocols

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, and safety regulations

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Experience with solar or renewable energy projects is a plus

• Electrical License is a plus

• OSHA certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
