This is a strategic, client-facing role ideal for professionals who bring technical knowledge, creative problem-solving, and budget precision to the front-end of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preconstruction process from conceptual budgeting to final estimates
• Interface with owners, design teams, and internal leadership to align project goals
• Evaluate scopes for value engineering and constructability
• Develop pricing models, bid strategies, and risk assessments
• Support transition from preconstruction to construction with accurate turnover documentation

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in estimating or preconstruction, ideally with data center or large-scale infrastructure experience
• Strong command of takeoffs, scope reviews, and bid packaging
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel regularly for meetings, presentations, and project launches
