Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor – CARPI (Construction / Waterproofing)

Location: USA (Extensive Travel Required)

Experience: 5–10 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general construction
, with preference for experience in waterproofing or similar specialized works
. This role combines hands‑on supervision with coordination, reporting, and client interaction.

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure assigned progress targets are achieved
• Lead and organize site teams (technicians and workers)
• Coordinate daily activities including:
  • Material delivery, offloading, and internal movement
  • Equipment checks and readiness
  • Task allocation and work sequencing

• Ensure compliance with general construction safety standards (OSHA 30 or similar preferred)
• Monitor site safety and enforce best practices
• Report and address safety incidents or risks

• Prepare and submit:
  • Daily progress reports
  • Safety observations/reports
  • Quality notes
• Maintain documentation using Excel‑based reporting tools

• Interface daily with Engineers and Project Managers regarding:
  • Progress
  • Safety matters
  • Quality issues
• Maintain a professional approach when interacting with clients and stakeholders

• Manage materials, accessories, and site consumables
• Monitor deliveries, storage, and usage on site
