B. Hinkle Construction, a Primoris Services Corporation company is seeking experienced and highly motivated Foremen/Supervisors to lead and manage construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
** Job Responsibilities
- ** Oversee and manage daily construction operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Supervise and direct construction crews, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce site safety protocols, and promptly address any hazards or incidents.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate project execution.
Monitor and control project budgets, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and team members.
Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and other project documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
Train and mentor junior crew members, fostering a skilled and productive workforce.
Ensure the quality of work meets company standards and client expectations.
** Job Qualifications
- ** Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction foreman or supervisory role, preferably in commercial or industrial construction.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage construction crews effectively.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations (OSHA 10/30 certification preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and problem-solving.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as project demands require.
Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in construction management are a plus.
