We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on complex mission critical construction projects across the United States. This role will support fast‑paced projects such as data centers, telecom facilities, and other technically demanding builds.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on field leader who takes ownership of the jobsite, drives safety and quality, manages subcontractors effectively, and keeps projects moving on schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day‑to‑day field operations on mission critical construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel.
- Maintain a strong safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, and trade partners.
- Support quality control and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review construction documents, shop drawings, product data, and test reports.
- Coordinate and oversee MOPs, sequencing, logistics, and field execution plans.
- Participate in preconstruction planning and review site logistics and project sequencing.
- Maintain daily reports, weekly updates, and jobsite photo documentation.
- Identify field issues early and provide solutions to maintain schedule, budget, and quality.
- 7+ years of experience in construction field supervision, superintendent, or construction management roles.
- Mission critical, data center, telecom, or technically complex commercial construction experience preferred.
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent field experience will be considered.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and trade partners.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software such as MS Project or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage fast‑paced field operations.
- Willingness to travel nationwide as project needs require.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

- Complex electrical, mechanical, or low‑voltage systems coordination.
