  • Foster a strong culture of safety and quality across all project activities.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Monitor field productivity, manpower utilization, and project costs.
  • Review and understand owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with project management teams to resolve field issues, scope conflicts, and schedule impacts.
  • Mentor and develop assistant superintendents, engineers, and field staff.
  • Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists and turnover documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent field experience will also be considered.
  • 7+ years of construction experience, including significant experience on water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, or related infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated success leading field operations on large, complex construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, contract administration, equipment management, and workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop project teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
