Superintendent, Construction

Insight Global is hiring on behalf of the #1 Data Center General Contractor in the U.S. We are seeking experienced Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and MEP Superintendents to support large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects nationwide. This is an opportunity to join industry-leading builds while overseeing field operations, MEP systems, QA/QC processes, commissioning activities, safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.

Candidates do not need to be local. Whether you prefer staying local, traveling within your state, or working on projects nationwide, we can align you with the best‑fit location. Travel assignments include a generous per diem package.

• 12-month Contract-to-Hire (W2 with full benefits)
• Pay Rate: $45–$65/hour, based on experience
• Overtime: 1.5x pay after 40 hours worked
• Typical Schedule:

• Travel Per Diem: $178/day (7 days/week, non-taxed) for eligible travelers

We're looking for construction leaders who have successfully supported complex commercial, industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, mission‑critical, or data center projects and are excited to contribute to some of the most significant hyperscale data center developments in the country.

• Proven experience leading field operations on complex construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, scheduling, and subcontractor management
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project quality standards
• Experience on large commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, energy, manufacturing, or data center projects preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills

• Assistant Superintendent (3-5+ years): Data center experience is not required if candidates have experience on high‑power construction projects such as power plants, energy facilities, nuclear projects, heavy industrial sites, semiconductor facilities, manufacturing plants, or similar.
• Superintendent (5-10+ years): Data center construction experience required. Must have worked for a General Contractor in a superintendent or assistant superintendent capacity.
• Work Environment: Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, large‑scale commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, or data center construction environments. Proven experience leading subcontractors, coordinating multiple trades, and managing field operations.
