Field Operations Manager

Lead the delivery of some of North America's most significant mission critical construction projects.

An established ENR-ranked general contractor is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee field operations across a growing portfolio of hyperscale data center developments.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, mentoring project teams, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple large-scale projects.

The Opportunity

Working closely with construction leadership, you'll oversee field operations from preconstruction through project completion while providing strategic guidance to Superintendents and project teams.

You'll play a key role in developing field leadership, improving operational performance and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Project Superintendents across multiple active projects
• Drive safety, quality and schedule performance across field operations
• Support project planning from preconstruction through completion
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Construction Managers on project strategy
• Develop future field leaders through coaching and training
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across operations
• Ensure consistency of construction standards and best practice
• Support business growth through operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years' commercial construction experience
• Previous experience as a Senior Project Superintendent
• Proven leadership of multiple construction teams
• Strong understanding of scheduling, constructability, cost and field operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to oversee geographically dispersed projects
