Construction Superintendent

Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent/Foreman to lead crews on commercial and institutional projects in the Augusta area. This role is responsible for day-to-day jobsite operations, including scheduling, quality control, safety, and coordination of labor and subcontractors on drywall, framing, ceilings, doors/hardware, flooring, and related interior fit-out work.

• Direct and supervise field crews and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite in compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and submittals
• Coordinate deliveries, sequencing, and daily progress
• Communicate clearly with project management, clients, and inspectors
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly and professionally

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or institutional construction, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory/foreman role preferred
• Strong knowledge of metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors/hardware, and related systems
• Proven ability to lead and motivate crews
• Ability to read construction documents and manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
• Local to the Augusta, GA area preferred
