Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Project Manager to join our team in Hayes, VA. This on-site role involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety standards, budget management, and scheduling. The Project Manager will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure successful project delivery while upholding quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring resource allocation, monitoring workflow, and addressing potential challenges promptly.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Project Management, including planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects.
  • Experience in Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to ensure timely acquisition and delivery of materials and resources.
  • Hands-on experience with Inspection processes to maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management, ensuring seamless coordination of materials, schedules, and resources.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Experience working within the construction industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools to streamline project workflows is an advantage.
