Construction Manager

Responsible for overseeing the construction of transmission lines, substations, and related electrical infrastructure
, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client and regulatory standards.

• Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee field construction for transmission lines and substations
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and project risks.
• Ensure OSHA, safety, environmental, and quality requirements are met.
• Review drawings, specifications, daily reports, change orders, and progress.
• Manage subcontractors and field personnel.
• Conduct site inspections and construction meetings.
• Support estimating, constructability reviews, and pre-bid activities.

• 7+ years of utility, electrical, transmission, or substation construction experience.
• 4+ years of construction management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing transmission and/or substation projects
  .
• Knowledge of utility construction practices, electrical systems, and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

• OSHA 30
• EPC/design-build experience
• Experience with P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, or Bluebeam
