Our client is a mid-sized, East Coast-focused real estate developer with a strong track record in multifamily development. They've built their reputation on a family-first culture while maintaining an active pipeline of large-scale multifamily projects across Northern Virginia.

The Assistant Superintendent will support field operations on multifamily projects ranging from $30M to $200M, working alongside the Superintendent to keep the job site running safely, on schedule, and to spec. This is a strong opportunity for a field professional with a solid multifamily foundation looking to grow into greater project responsibility with a stable, well-established developer.

• Support day-to-day field supervision on multifamily construction projects ranging from $30M to $200M
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor work to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
• Assist with site logistics, scheduling, and material coordination
• Maintain daily field reports, punch lists, and project documentation
• Enforce site safety standards and support a strong safety culture
• Work closely with the Superintendent and project management team to troubleshoot field issues as they arise

• 2+ years of experience in construction in an Assistant Superintendent capacity
• Strong understanding of the construction process from foundation through closeout
• Comfortable managing multiple trades and subcontractors on an active job site
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Preference for Podium Multi Family experiance
• Willingness to be on-site full-time across Northern Virginia project locations
