Keyqualifications:
- Extensive commercial construction experience including project management, inspections, cost estimating, and scheduling
- Experience with contract administration and knowledge of cost estimating and site planning
- Ability to read and interpret working drawings, specifications, and design calculations
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, building codes, and regulations
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel statewide frequently
- Virginia Construction Contracting Officer (VCCO) certification preferred
