Project Manager – Telecommunications & Data Center Infrastructure

, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of complex telecommunications, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure projects from kickoff through completion.

This is more than a scheduling and paperwork role. You'll be at the center of the action—working directly with customers, coordinating field teams and subcontractors, managing budgets and schedules, solving problems, and making sure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Own the Project Lifecycle

• Manage multiple telecommunications, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, labor estimates, and material takeoffs.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to understand project scope and requirements.
• Keep projects moving forward while balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations.

Be the Customer's Go-To Partner

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear, proactive communication.
• Identify opportunities for follow-on work and communicate potential business opportunities to company leadership.

Drive Field Execution

• Partner with Project Superintendents and Foremen to coordinate manpower, resources, materials, and schedules.
• Monitor field productivity, quality, safety, and project milestones.
• Support deployments involving copper, fiber optic, MPO/MTP systems, fusion splicing, backbone infrastructure, and other low-voltage systems

• Verify BOMs, pathway capacity, containment systems, and equipment requirements before work begins.

Manage the Business Side of the Project

• Track project budgets, labor and material costs, forecasts, invoicing, and financial performance.
• Manage change orders and help ensure project scope is accurately documented.

Finish Strong

• Review daily reports, schedules, testing documentation, project records, and closeout packages.
• Ensure projects meet customer specifications, contractual requirements, applicable codes, and CCCI quality standards.
• Help create a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years of project coordination or project management experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, low-voltage, commercial construction, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial structured cabling, telecommunications, low-voltage, or data center infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of copper, fiber optic, structured cabling, and telecommunications infrastructure
