• Senior Makeup Training Manager will be a pivotal leader in elevating Dior’s makeup excellence, embodying the brand’s iconic heritage and driving business growth.
• This role also bridges global vision with local execution, empowering Beauty Consultants to deliver exceptional service and ignite passion for Dior’s makeup artistry.

• Expertise: 10+ years of experience in the beauty industry (makeup focus mandatory), with a proven track record in training leadership.
• Mastery:
  Exceptional makeup artistry, paired with outstanding presentation and training skills to engage and educate effectively. Know how to bring personality and attitude to nourish MU team.
• Insight:
  Deep industry knowledge, sharp consumer acumen, and a keen sensitivity to makeup trends and client preferences.
• Language:
  Standard and fluent Mandarin, proficient in English reading and writing, with oral English communication skills preferred.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
