职位描述

• 基于业务目标，制定所在市场区域品牌产品优先级以及重点运营策略；
• 推进新广告产品的市场调研、Go-to-market以及收入目标达成；
• 基于广告业务及产品目标，与产品制定指标监控体系，进行指标监控、定位问题、提供策略方向及建议；
• 基于产品及业务议题，进行相关项目研究分析，提供可行性假设，推进产品/业务共建及解决方案产出；
• 进行跨市场、跨区域、跨部门协作，进行方法论、指标体系等规模化覆盖，促进跨市场/区域之间能力提升。

• 5年及以上海外/国际品牌产品运营/市场策略研究/品牌广告投放相关工作经验；
• 熟悉互联网主流产品，如品牌广告、竞价广告、创意生态等，具备互联网平台投放经验优先；
• 数据敏感、注重逻辑、敏捷自驱，具备对新产品、新需求的敏锐度；
• 具备成熟的项目管理经验，能主导复杂项目沟通以及结果呈现，具备跨国家市场项目经验者优先；
• 英文流利，可作为工作语言优先。
