• Develops executive level communication materials for the CEO, DGM-JOPER,OPER Directors in committee presentations to Board members.
• Coordinates and creation elements may include but is not limited to: text, graphics, digitizing, conversion, platform, media, and_ replicating requirements.
• Generates electronic publications with adherence to corporate and industry standards in design, editorial style, software applicability, media formats, and postscript compatibility.
• Produces intranet web pages, display banners, and navigation aids, and adapts written material for print and electronic distribution;
  Provides proofs in virtual and mechanical postscript formats.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Management

• Five (5) years of commercial experience in cross-platform publication, typesetting, design and payout, vector illustrations, raster imaging and manipulation or in designing and producing web publications and pages.

Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one-half hour unpaid lunch break.

Overtime:
Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
